You will find school information and other items of interest on this page. Check in often.
In the event of inclement weather, we want to be prepared. Please be sure that your student's information is correct. We will follow the directions you put on the 'blue card' regarding what to do if school is released early.
You should have received a form that asks for updated student information along with your child's report card sent home on Tuesday, January 13. The form is on bright orange paper. This form will be used to update specific information on our computer. This form does not ask for changes to be made regarding early release from school. If you wish to change the directions you wish your child to follow if school is released early, please send it in in writing or come by the school in person.

Attendance Policy for LES:
If your child misses less than 1/2 day of school (210 minutes), he or she will receive a cowboy/cowgirl hat at the end of the nine weeks and a button. For each additional nine weeks that they miss less than 1/2 day they will receive an additional button. Each nine weeks we hold an attendance recognition assembly. Each student receiving a hat or button also gets their name placed in a drawing for prizes. At the end of the year--on Awards Day--students who have missed less than 1/2 day for the entire year, will receive a trophy.
Being at school on a consistent basis makes a huge difference in the education of your child. So many of you work very hard to keep your child in school and it is making a difference. Thank you for making the effort!
